SmartPM ingests a project's P6 schedule each night and runs a battery of analytics: schedule quality score (DCMA-style logic checks), compression analysis (where the team is making up time on paper rather than in reality), and slip tracking by activity. Output is a daily dashboard most useful at the project controls director level — patterns surface before the monthly report does.
