Installed quantities roll up to dashboards in near-real-time, and the system reconciles actual install rate against the planned baseline so the schedule team sees variance the same day rather than at the end of the month.
Most commonly deployed on MEP-heavy fit-out projects where install rate is the binding constraint and the foreman wants something faster than walking the site with a printout.
